Hi, I'm
Yolanda.

I'm a mom of three, a creative at heart, and someone who never imagined that learning a new skill would eventually lead to owning my own business.

After losing my husband, Tim, to suicide, my life changed in ways I never could have anticipated. For so long, my identity had been wrapped up in being a wife and a mom. As I navigated grief and began rebuilding my life, I found myself asking a question I hadn't really considered before: Who am I outside of those roles?

My healing journey involved a lot of intentional work, self-discovery, and learning to embrace a new chapter of life. Along the way, I began exploring new hobbies, challenging myself to try new things, and rediscovering parts of myself I hadn't yet had the opportunity to know.

One especially meaningful moment was receiving a memory bear made from one of Tim's sweaters. That simple gift showed me how something made from fabric could hold so much love, comfort, and connection.

I eventually learned to sew, and when I upgraded to a sewing machine that also had an embroidery function, I decided to give it a try.

And that's when a whole new world opened up!

I quickly fell in love with the endless possibilities of creating and personalizing things. What started as curiosity grew into a passion, and that passion eventually became ReWoven Wings Co.

While my business was born from a deeply personal experience, it has grown into something so much bigger. Today, I love creating everything from sentimental keepsakes to fun, personalized apparel and accessories that make people smile. Whether it's a meaningful memorial piece, a thoughtful gift, or something with a little humor and personality, I love turning ideas into something special.

ReWoven Wings Co. is more than a business to me. It's a reflection of growth, creativity, resilience, and rediscovering joy. It's a reminder that life can hold both heartbreak and happiness, that healing and joy can coexist, and that sometimes we discover beautiful new parts of ourselves in the chapters we never expected to write.

I believe there's something incredibly special about creating an item that's made just for someone. Something thoughtful, personal, and uniquely theirs.
